The hotel staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff (Asif).
Rooms were clean and well maintained.
The hotel location is excellent.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul especially those going for the first time.

The location was excellent. Everything was very close by. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast changed daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were delightful.
Only the Turkish bath massage is for women only, so unfortunately I had to go elsewhere as this was not mentioned before booking.
