Staff were very friendly, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were nice facilities as well.
The laundry service is extremely expensive, and the language barrier made it difficult to realise how much it would cost.

For people who prefer to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul, the location right next to the SAW airport is perfect. For those who want to explore Istanbul's sights: it takes about 1 hour by car. There is a huge shopping center right next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Aircraft noise is not noticeable. The breakfast buffet is varied, okay, but not overwhelming.
The staff at the reception, front desk, and breakfast room unfortunately can't even say "Good morning". I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such a lack of interest in guests. The lady at the front desk seemed rather haughty, a boy at the reception was busy with his pimple, and a young lady with her hair. Everything was more important than the hotel guest.
In the breakfast room, for example, there was a fallen tomato on the floor, every employee just walked past it without removing it. They preferred to drive the service cart over it again and spread it on the floor.
To top it off, the outdoor pool was out of order (major renovations) and the SPA area was also closed. Unfortunately, the hotel could not convince us at all.
