The staff are very friendly, the comfort is good, the location is amazing, and it's very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at Hivas Hotel and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is small, conveniently located on a quiet street - not far from the metro and quite close to attractions. I especially liked that they checked me in immediately upon arrival (at 8 am)! After a night flight, it was simply a gift, so I perceived the minor flaws in the room calmly - the main thing was that I could relax a little right away. The plumbing was in working order. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff is very attentive and polite. The cost of accommodation included breakfast. The breakfast selection was not huge, but they made a very tasty omelette for me. You can leave your luggage in the lobby.
The room description indicated the presence of a refrigerator - there was a refrigerator in the room, but it seemed to have died several years ago. Also, among the drawbacks - there was strong audibility from the corridor (but this is a standard drawback of all budget hotels). There is no separate luggage storage room - you can leave your luggage in the lobby, but the lobby is very small - a couple of suitcases can fit there somehow, but not more.
