I really liked the staff of the hotel (Maradona, Ismail, the gentleman who speaks French, the restaurant team) except for the person who welcomed us on the day of our arrival; he refused to let us enter the room until 2:00 pm unless we paid an additional 30 euros and didn't allow us to stay at the reception area, stating that it's not allowed. Even though when confirming the reservation I requested this service and the establishment accepted, but the others made up for it and they treated us very well and welcomed us.
