Очень хорошо

The access stairs to the apartment (3rd floor) are devilish both due to the dimensions of the steps and the lack of handrails, making them very difficult for elderly people.

las escaleras de acceso al apartamento (3º piso) son endiabladas tanto por las dimensiones de los peldaños, como por la falta de pasamanos, lo que las hace muy difficiles para personas de edad.

Расположение апартаментов очень удачное, в самом историческом центре. Айя София, Топкапы и парк Гюльхане за углом, Голубая мечеть 5-7 минут. Гранд базар, Египетский базар, мечеть Сулеймание, Галатский мост, порт Эминёню в пешей доступности. Рядом проходит линия трамвая.

Продуктовые магазины в историческом центре маленькие, относительно недалеко Green и Migros Jet. Естественно, вокруг полно кафе и сувенирных магазинов.

Хозяин был очень доброжелателен, оперативно решал все вопросы.

Хотелось бы при заезде обнаружить приветственную бутылочку питьевой воды (не сразу ясно, куда бежать ее покупать, а при вечернем заезде магазины и вовсе могут уже не работать).

Не работал кондиционер в гостиной. Лампа в туалете очень тусклая.

Апартаменты находятся в пешеходной зоне, такси останавливается метров за 200, подъем к зданию очень крутой, учитывайте это, если у вас тяжелые чемоданы. Близость мечетей означает, что примерно в половине пятого утра вас будет будить очень громкий крик муэдзина.

Exceptional

Great location, clean, hot water was always available, had to wait a bit for it to get hot, excellent internet, all kitchenware was provided. Plates, glasses, cups, forks, knives, spoons, skillet, saucepan. There was an old washing machine, but it did not work. Comfortable bed. Everything was excellent. Did not see the host. Received a door code via email for the front door, Wi-Fi password. They just didn't send the room number. The seller at the nearby stall contacted the host and showed the number. The room was open, key inside the door. Will recommend to everyone.

Dark in the bathroom. Mirror only above the sink in the bathroom.
