Very Good host. 110 out of 100.
Saved me from a sleepless night in the heat from the neighbouring Asitane Life Hotel at early morning 4 am when I was due at 1 pm. As apartments, it's very nice, but please don't expect the quality of Premier Inn UK or Holiday Inn.
Be aware that the public water system might run out due to maintenance.

Nothing. The host is deceptive.
The host received the booking money but refused our group check-in, forcing us to pay without being able to check in. When we tried to reach the host, he blocked our number. Later, I contacted other customers who had similar experiences and they shared the same issues as us. When I contacted booking.com for assistance, even they claimed it was solely up to the host. The suspicious part is that once the host has the booking, they do not allow cancellations, waiting until the full payment is made. Fortunately, a friend in Turkey helped us find another lovely place to stay. People mention the room is infested with ants and very dirty. The host also overcharges for invalid reasons. Not recommended for anyone.

- Very good cleanliness, cleaned and towels replaced every day
- Contact with the owner very great on WhatsApp, allowed for much earlier check-in
- Good restaurants from 9 am and low prices
- Location walk from many attractions, air conditioning in the room. Very very good hotel for this price.
