The hotel has a welcoming friendly staff, tasty diverse hearty breakfast, and a close location to Mall of Istanbul (just 8 minutes walk).

Didn't like the room. We had a tired and worn out two-bedroom room that I couldn't even imagine before that a 4-star hotel could have such rooms. Especially disappointed with the bathroom. Loose wires, worn out furniture, numerous holes in the walls. Non-working outlets sticking out of the walls, non-working lamps. Even a broken leg on the sofa. However, for some reason there were two ironing boards in the room, but not a single iron...

There were also two refrigerators, an electric kettle, but we didn't use them, so I can't comment on their condition.

In short, such a 4-star hotel was not expected, so we were disappointed.

Clean hotel, great location, and excellent service.

Very good location and room with a view. They provided me with 3 days of complimentary breakfast.

There is a delay when requesting an Arabic or English speaker at reception, especially during the night.
