Hello, approximately a week ago we returned from this hotel, stayed for one night before the cruise and for 2 nights after the cruise. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to Galataport - very convenient for those going on a cruise, waterfront in front of the hotel, large shopping center with cafes and restaurants. Liked the breakfast, tasty and filling. And what was especially pleasant and convenient in the hotel is that the administrator is a Russian-speaking girl Turdugul. She resolved all our questions quickly and efficiently, called a taxi to the airport, was polite and welcoming! Recommend this hotel!
