The hotel's location is amazing, situated conveniently between Taksim Square and Nişantaşı, making everything accessible on foot. The view from the room is stunning, and the staff are extremely helpful.
Housekeeping was inadequate. The towels were old and had holes. Even after multiple requests, we received no additional towels or tissues. The bed-making was poor, and we often had to rearrange it ourselves. We had requested a king bed, but the size given was smaller than a queen, which was uncomfortable for two adults. Additionally, the mattress was too soft, leading to restless nights. The lighting controls in the room were confusing and complicated.
