Good rooms, poor service and cleanliness.

I would like to highlight Marcell here, who was very kind, helpful, and also speaks Hungarian. The breakfast was varied, everyone could find something suitable. There was no choice at dinner, but the food was delicious.

For dinner, the rooftop terrace was never set up, the tables were only prepared in the indoor restaurant area. However, we wanted to dine on the terrace. There were times when we didn't even get a tablecloth, and the terrace floor and chairs were also dirty with bird droppings. The attitude of the staff during meals was disappointing: they seemed indifferent and unfriendly, which significantly impaired the dining experience.

The shower in the bathroom was very old, the shower head was barely usable, musty smell

Excellent hotel with a convenient location, lovely staff, and delicious breakfasts. Will definitely stay here again.

Really liked the location - everything is nearby: sights, cafes, shops, and transport. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfasts are very tasty, varied, and inexpensive. The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy, and the window offered a beautiful view.

No shortcomings noticed, everything was excellent.
