I booked in advance through Booking at a hotel without air conditioning
When I arrived, I got a room without air conditioning. I requested a daily change. The engineer was supposed to come tomorrow. I sat with my family in one room for 5 days and each time I asked, no one responded. One of them told me that I am not responsible
