The hospitality of the people who work at this hotel is exceptional, especially the staff in the restaurant, namely Seckin and his team.
The size of the room is small
NunoGood hotel for exploring the city. The staff was welcoming.
The rooftop breakfast is amazing! Incredible views of the city and the Bosphorus strait.
Mr Seckin Kaya, the food and beverage manager, was extremely friendly and ensured we had the best breakfast.

KatharinaThe breakfast was good (especially Mr. Seckin Kaya was extremely friendly and accommodating. He alone would have deserved 10 points) and the location of the hotel. The furnishings are a bit old but charming.
The only reason we booked this hotel was the guaranteed parking in front of the hotel. Although the parking space was booked with us, we confirmed again that we needed the parking space and had twice contacted about the arrival time and parking on the day of arrival, there was no parking space available. We then had to move the car several times on the day of arrival and ended up parking in a paid parking lot. However, we were not informed about this and received a parking ticket in the morning. That was very annoying.
Der einzige Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben, war der zugesicherte Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Obwohl der Parkplatz mitgebucht wurde, wir nochmal nach Nachfrage bestätigt haben, dass wir den Parkplatz benötigen und am Anreisetag zweimal Kontakt hatten wegen Ankunftszeit und Parkplatz, war kein Parkplatz frei. Wir mussten dann am Anreisetag mehrmals umparken und standen dann auf einem Bezahlparkplatz. Darauf wurden wir aber nicht hingewiesen und erhielten am Morgen einen Strafzettel. Das war sehr ärgerlich.
