The location and staff (especially Neslihan at the reception) are very kind and doing their job very well.

We were welcomed very nicely on the day of check-in.

We stayed in a family room. The middle of the single bed had sagged and in the evening

We changed our room, packed all my belongings, rearranged them in the new room. We only expected an apology for this.
