Comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Downtown. Easy to reach. Many things are close. Crowd and public transportation.
We didn't have a very Orient Express atmosphere. The tram under the window requires getting used to. With open windows, it can only be endured after 1-2 at night. Maybe until 8 in the morning. The bed was too soft for us, the pillows were bad. Actually uncomfortable. We got one blanket. When we asked for another one, we only got it the next day. Our necks and backs hurt every morning. I expected more from the SPA. It was a quite small and rather cool pool that we could use. I wasn't convinced about the cleanliness of the water, it was quite hazy.
