Very convenient location, a 5 min walk from IST Congress Center. Clean rooms, little noise from the street, Turkish breakfast with lots of choice (NOT a continental breakfast), breakfast is on the 10th floor with panoramic view. However, I tried several times to get an invoice from the hotel without success. I sent 4 emails in English and Turkish, but received no response. Due to this, my rating should be 2 stars...
Impossible to communicate with the hotel, or via Booking, to obtain an invoice after my stay, one week later. Very disappointing, as I needed that invoice for reimbursement by my hospital and faculty
