AliMy stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory and I will not consider it again or recommend it to others.
The hotel was located close to Istiklal Street. That's all.
Room cleaning was scheduled every 3 days. When we asked for additional towels or sheets, the staff were not very helpful. When I made the booking, I was assured by booking.com that there would be enough beds for a family of 5, but I was surprised to find that two of my children had to sleep on a sofa that was in very poor condition. One staff member, who wore glasses, was extremely rude unlike the other two staff members who were very kind. The elevator was too small and we had to use it multiple times for one trip.
