The hotel is very well located near the Aksaray tram stop. It is a decent walk from the hotel on the way out and a small uphill on the return.
The air conditioners are not new or powerful. Avoid the rooms on the 6th floor in the summer.

Normal hotel for its price. Friendly staff. The room and premises were clean. Tasty and hearty breakfasts. The hotel's location is excellent: sights are within walking distance or by tram, but the street is quiet, which is a huge plus.
The only thing - I booked a room with a balcony/terrace. It was important to me. There was a small balcony for one person. But we were given a large room. It was comfortable. So, I was basically satisfied. But, as I understood, there are many small rooms in the hotel.
