The hotel is situated in a traditional Turkish neighbourhood towards the southern tip of the historical peninsula of Sultanahmet. All the major local sight-seeing attractions are within a 10-minute walk and the Marmara Sea coastline is just 200m away.

Excellent stay

Ours was a family vacation visit. So we were a little nervous about the location, facilities, staff and hygiene at and of the property. After a lot of search over various platforms on criteria conducive to our choice and liking, we narrowed down to a few and chose Lalinn for 1 night in June 2026.

The choice of Lalinn, made virtually over the internet, was based on its location, family accommodation, and available parking.

The staff ensured that we had our parking slot right opposite the property and had it reserved for our check-in time.

Our welcome was met with warm smiles, and our every requirement was addressed, considering we were a family with kids (demanding and observant boys). Everything we asked for was taken care of. The room had a balcony with a sea view, a quiet ambiance, warm water, and an exhaust in the washroom to prevent dampness.

The room was cozy as described, with 1 double and 1 single bed, nicely arranged and clean, with fresh linen and towels. It had an efficient air conditioner. The balcony, though small, was spacious enough for a private coffee/wine/tea break to enjoy the sea view. The washroom had a continuous supply of both regular and warm water. Extra coffee was available at an additional cost.

The hotel is small yet cozy, allowing for a relaxing stay. It is a 10-minute walk to famous attractions such as the Hippodrome, Sofia Hagia, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Market. There are plenty of dining options in the vicinity. There are many small shops around where you can purchase daily necessities like water, wine, bread, eggs, fruits, and beverages at reasonable prices. The metro/tram station is a 10-minute walk away.

The beach is also within walking distance.

Our family stay was well-organized and carefully chosen.

It would be beneficial to have an elevator for elderly guests to use.

Hotel close to major monuments and a few minutes from several transportation options.

Hotel located in a quiet dead-end. Possibility to have laundry done.
