We had a wonderful stay at Fatma Sultan Hotel for 3 nights. The location is very convenient, close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Nargiz, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and accommodating, happily answering our queries and refilling our water bottles. The room matched the advertisement perfectly, with a spacious bathroom, and towels were replaced on the third day. Overall, it met our expectations.
The hotel does not have a lift, but the staff assisted us with our luggage to the third floor.
