The staff's hospitality was outstanding. They made us feel at home with their warmth, especially Yesim who was very helpful in giving us directions on how to navigate the city. We enjoyed the travel souvenirs.

Perfect choice for exploring Istanbul, with excellent location and fantastically kind staff. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The location of the hotel is perfect, located in the heart of Istanbul, so all major sights are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are smaller, but very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is simple but very delicious, with fresh bread, various jams, cheeses, and vegetables. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, they gladly assisted with everything.
There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with. If I had to mention one thing, it would only be that the rooms are smaller, but completely suitable for a city sightseeing trip.

Exceptional

The location is excellent, perfect for exploring Istanbul on foot and easily accessing the main tourist attractions. What I highlight the most is the attention of the staff, which was incredible throughout the stay. The lady in charge of the kitchen was always making sure we tried everything for breakfast and that we did not lack anything, making us feel very welcome.
All the receptionists were always available to answer our questions. I want to make a special mention of Yesim, the hotel manager, who, in the face of an inconvenience we had, acted quickly, professionally, and very kindly, resolving the situation promptly and without causing further complications. Her availability made a significant difference in our experience and reflects an excellent standard of customer service.
Overall, the facilities are perfectly adequate for a quiet and comfortable stay in Istanbul.
It would be advisable to carry out preventive maintenance in the bathrooms, especially in the showers, as some fixtures were a bit loose (shower).
