The hotel is very clean and offers a nice and friendly breakfast. The manager and staff at the front desk, Anna and Ziyafet, were very helpful and kind. I recommend this hotel and will book it again if I visit Istanbul.

Unfortunately, breakfast consisted of wrapped and poor-quality items. We had to ask the staff for milk each morning. Additionally, the staff asked after about 15 minutes if we wanted breakfast even though it was included in our stay.
We quickly noticed the staff seemed not to be concerned with guest needs. Their English skills were almost non-existent.
