The multilingual staff were friendly and consistently helpful during our stay, even assisting with lost luggage afterward. The building was clean, and the accommodations were well-equipped, with comfortable beds and sofas.
It would have been nice to have a few more large cups and city maps available.

The apartment was comfortable, with a large balcony offering a mountain view. The bed was comfortable and the shower provided hot water.
