The hosts of this establishment were kind and lovely.
We encountered issues at this property, possibly due to its age.
During our 4-night stay, the fuse in our room blew multiple times, leaving us without power and causing inconvenience before our early morning trip to Gallipoli. Despite the electrical problems, the staff only disconnected the air conditioning and did not provide a satisfactory solution. We had to endure a hot room and insect bites due to an open window for ventilation.
On the third night, three of us stayed in Çannukkale while our daughter awaited the electrician's return to fix the electricity issue. The delay and lack of proper fix caused distress, particularly for our daughter who needed rest due to a head injury.
While we understand that the issues encountered may have been beyond the host's control, their response was inadequate. Despite the inconvenience and safety concerns, they did not offer a refund or alternative accommodation. The repeated tripping of the circuit breaker, even when no devices were connected, was a fire risk that troubled us.
