The only plus in the entire stay is the staff. Responsive, Russian-speaking - that's great. Unfortunately, the advantages of this place have run out.
Everyone praises the location, but it was terrible - a dark backstreet with barely working streetlights, with all possible types of shady people you wouldn't want to meet on the street (being there alone is truly frightening!). The room condition does not match the photos, it's long overdue for repairs and a proper cleaning. Partially no light on the stairs - also scary. On the first evening, I was mistakenly checked into the wrong room, then I had to move (thanks to the staff at the reception for their help). I couldn't return to the room in the evening due to fear, so in the end, I stayed at a friend's place all days of my stay. 0/10. Do not book this place, there are plenty of better, cheaper, and safer options nearby.

Photos don't match reality. Rooms with plenty of mold on the roof. We had a terrible night there with my wife. Couldn't sleep because of the smell of the mold, some type of insect, and noises on the street.
