ClaireVery noisy during the night and unhelpful staff.
The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Istanbul, with nearby restaurants and shops.
The hotel was located above or very close to a bar, resulting in extremely loud music at night. This made sleeping very challenging, impacting the entire stay. Additionally, when we brought up the issue, the staff were unhelpful, leading to an overall disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to rest.
