I like the location
There is a bit of noise on the top floors because the ceiling is made of wood

Great location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable mattress. Convenient transportation connections.
Smell from the sewer. Be prepared that the audibility from other floors is strong, but this is a building feature.
