The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location. Close to everything yet quiet. Not suitable for wheelchair users as the elevator is small-sized. A special mention to the very kind Mrs. Esma Güler who was particularly helpful with us. If we were to return to beautiful Istanbul, this apartment would be our first choice.

The apartment is clean, well-equipped, comfortably accommodates 5 people. The host is very helpful, responds to messages quickly. Very affordable price. Excellent location, easily accessible by public transportation.
The apartment is located on a hillside. Those who cannot navigate steep inclines should not choose this.

Kenan and the delightful housekeeper were extremely helpful 10/10.
The balcony view was fantastic.
The taxi driver took us to the wrong Cheya location after speaking to a Cheya manager (not Kenan) on the phone.
Upon arrival, it was clear that my name did not match the booking, and we had to go back to our initial destination.
I arranged for an UBER and requested the manager input the return address to avoid any errors.
Upon reaching the address, it was evident that the UBER had been canceled and we were in a regular taxi.
I did not cancel the UBER.
