The Meretto Hotel Istanbul Old City was a great choice for our extended stay in Istanbul. Our triple room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the overall hotel was very clean. Every day, you receive a free bottle of water, which was a nice touch in the summer heat. The staff, in general, were very friendly and available to assist with any questions or requests. We particularly appreciated the excellent care provided by Mr. Abdo, who was always helpful during our stay.
The breakfast offered a standard selection with some weekly variations: fresh salad, fresh fruit, Turkish coffee/tea, Turkish traditional simit, and various egg dishes.
The hotel's fantastic location made it easy for us to plan sightseeing trips. We could see the tram station from our room, and the Yenikapi metro M2 line and Marmaray station were just a few minutes away on foot. The area felt very safe, with well-lit streets, making for a stress-free holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Istanbul.
