This hotel is situated in a prime location, offering some rooms with views of a bridge, mosque, and the Bosphorus. The restaurant provides a wide selection of delicious meals while overlooking the Bosphorus. During our stay, we enjoyed the spacious Penthouse with its delightful view.
The staff were extremely friendly and assisted with our luggage and dining arrangements (the Banyan restaurant next to the hotel was perfect for a scenic dinner).
The room had an abundance of mirrored surfaces, and I would have preferred if the television, positioned across from a small sofa, was instead across from the bed, eliminating the large mirror. However, the room was overall comfortable and thoughtfully decorated.

Extremely welcoming staff and constructive communication! We were ready to cancel the reservation even after payment upon arrival without a penalty, as our plans had changed a bit. It's rare for someone to accommodate in such cases, very grateful to the staff for their responsiveness and understanding. In the end, we were satisfied, and also received a generous complimentary from the hotel. Breakfasts are very tasty, diverse, and of high quality. The staff's assistance with taxi and city orientation is always available.
