TahirReally great experience of Istanbul and having a very good standard, value for money hotel was great
Very clean room, good facilities in the room
Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and professional. Location was very central to ferry, buses and also a short walk to metro/train
Nothing springs to mind, maybe a minor one that tea and coffee available in the bedroom - but this is a small point

The staff was extremely helpful with services like arranging an early taxi and preparing breakfast for us over an hour before the scheduled time, despite not being requested to do so.
