The team was friendly. The site was also great.
Breakfast was subpar. Upon arrival at 9, certain items were missing. The coffee was extremely weak (some powder that doesn't even resemble Nescafe!). Stains evident all over the sheets, with some parts torn. The internet was extremely weak.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. They even upgraded my room, which was a lovely gesture and enhanced my experience.
The room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. My room was cleaned regularly, fresh towels were provided, and the rubbish was taken away daily. The air conditioning functioned perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the warm weather.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to kick-start the day. The hotel's location was superb, making it convenient to explore the city's main sights.
After I checked out, the hotel graciously allowed me to store my luggage there for an additional five hours, which was extremely helpful and greatly valued.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay due to the exceptional service, cleanliness, and warmth. I would definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue was with the Wi-Fi. Occasionally, it would cut out, but when I alerted the staff, they rebooted the router, and the connection was restored. Thanks to their prompt assistance, it wasn't a significant problem.
