Our stay at Hyatt Regency Atakoy Istanbul was delightful. Everything was great, especially the reception team who helped arrange a midnight airport pick-up, making us feel welcomed and safe on our first visit to Istanbul. They also assisted us with a dinner reservation and upgraded us when we had an issue with the AC.
Initially, the AC temperature was too hot for our liking, but we were later upgraded to a better room.
