Everything was good, with friendly reception staff who helped us with taxi arrangements. The hotel is also close to the historical district and Galata Tower, offering a real Istanbul experience.
The WiFi connection could be improved and made faster.

The bathroom facilities need upgrades, with mold in the shower and little maintenance done. Sleeping quietly is impossible due to loud outside noise chiefly from air conditioning units.
