The location only, the rest is stated in the notes and before I move in, I rate 10 out of 10

The negatives of the room were that it was on a lower floor and not the ground floor (first floor). There was an issue with the room door, and also an issue with the bathroom in the room, it was very bad with water leakage, bad odors, and insects. Moreover, the other bathroom had a problem with the shower door, and the bathroom exhaust fans were not working, hence the bad odors. I stayed in the room as I had paid in advance and did not receive a refund. When I contacted the cleaning staff, I was informed that they were on holiday and would clean later. The only positive thing was the location, but everything else was negative. Perhaps the upper floors are cleaner and better, God knows best.
