Lovely hotel and staff
ŞabanIn a tourist center like the Islands, there should be a much more professional team and a more advanced hotel.
Amazing location and beautiful investment, but the money I paid does not justify the satisfaction, it is a very expensive hotel that did not meet our expectations. The front desk clerk who greeted us upon arrival, a lady named Güzel, holding a cigarette, wearing tracksuit, was very insincere and did not know how to communicate with the guests. Mr. Hakan, who came as the front desk clerk at night, is an excellent person who loves to help, has a friendly face, and knows how to deal with guests, the reason for sharing this experience is Mr. Hakan. They do not even deserve this rating. I asked for the invoice, they said they would send it through booking, there is no such thing, I am a hotelier myself for 20 years. I contacted booking, if they do not send it, I will write to the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Finance through the official channels, they know themselves, they can do whatever they want afterward, I have the payment receipt in my hand.

Great view from the room, large terrace with a sunshade.
Small room, but clean and cozy.
The hotel is clean, in good condition, with an elevator.
Good breakfasts, you can sit indoors or next to the pool. If you sit by the pool, cats will come.
Paid coffee for breakfast, a cup of coffee costs around 170 lira. But it's not just coffee from a coffee machine, but like in a cafe.
For drinks at breakfast, only tea is available, no juices.
No mosquito nets on the windows to keep insects from getting into the room.
