The staff were nice. The location was also good.
The breakfast was poor, although I got there at 9, some items were unavailable. The coffee was very poor (some powder that I don't even call Nescafe!). Stains all around the sheets, some parts were torn. The internet was very very poor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture and enhanced my stay even further.
The room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. My room was cleaned regularly, towels were replaced, and the rubbish was removed daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, especially appreciated during the hot weather.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to kick-start the day. The hotel's location was also superb, making it convenient to explore and see the city's main attractions.
After I checked out, the hotel graciously allowed me to store my luggage there for an additional five hours, which was incredibly convenient and highly appreciated.
Overall, I had an amazing experience due to the outstanding service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.
The only minor issue was with the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it would disconnect, but whenever I informed the staff, they reset the router, and the connection worked perfectly again. It wasn't a major problem thanks to their prompt assistance.
