Staff very good, reception guy very helpful. He organised our shuttle service to and from airport, which was excellent.
Location of the hotel was perfect.
The view from the Family room was fantastic.
Lovely views from the breakfast room and plenty of food.
Hotel smaller than expected but understand lack of space in Istanbul. The balcony in the balcony room, didn’t look as if it was meant to be used.

The staff was exceptional, very kind and eager to assist with all our requests. The room was practical, convenient and the view was well worth it. The establishment's central location was a nice addition, allowing late-night wanders in the city, while offering an abundance of choices for food and drinks close by.
