The staff was very kind, nothing to complain about

The rooms were too small, too empty; besides the bed, there was emptiness in those rooms, not to mention the bathroom - there was nothing, not even a small support for the razor. We were 3 couples and all three rooms were in the same situation. My shower was broken, in the mornings there was always no hot water. Out of 8 days of stay, we had 8 days without hot water. The breakfast was nonexistent, always the same - it never changed. As they said, the breakfast was standard: hard-boiled egg, 3 slices of tomato, 3 of cucumber (obviously sliced with a slicer), 2 small pieces of cheese, 2 of a local ricotta-like cheese, and two slices of a type of salami. We asked for fruit juice, and they replied that it was not included.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived around 3:00 a.m., but were told we couldn't check-in because we were not married. We were even told that we could "go and get married and come back later".

The way we were treated was, in my experience, very rude and disrespectful. The situation escalated to the point where the police were eventually called. After the treatment we received, we no longer wanted to check-in.

The location was also a major inconvenience. The hotel is very remote in Istanbul, far away from many things, and it was hard to find - making the situation even more frustrating in the middle of the night.

This was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.
