Disappointing

The location is decent, nothing more.

But the staff was friendly.

I was shocked by the room; it was small, with a view of destruction; there was a power outage; no blankets in the room; I requested blankets and toilet paper and asked for the room to be cleaned multiple times; eventually, I cleaned it myself; I requested a room change due to extremely uncomfortable and small beds; however, the other room was also small with a very tiny bathroom; decided to cancel my vacation and return; when I inquired about a partial refund, they informed me it wasn't possible.

The pictures looked beautiful, but the reality was very disappointing.

But the staff was friendly.

It was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

Great location, clean room, very nice and helpful staff, especially the reception staff.

The price is fair.

There is poor sound isolation between the rooms.

Voices and smells of smoking from other rooms can be heard.

Breakfast options are very limited.
