However, there were quite a few issues including location struggles such as steep roads filled with trash and narrow paths, as well as aging building with old doors and rusty hardware that could use a facelift.

I have numerous problems including: No staff who could communicate in English, false advertisements claiming lake views that weren't available, rude staff with no willingness to help, and failure to respond to calls from Booking.com for refunds.
