Nice small but clean and comfortable. Best location in Taksim Square. Good price

I will never gonna come back to this property ever again.

First of all, this place was not clean at all. The staff are sitting and not doing anything. I was placed on the third floor and people were smoking. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air. The window was almost falling out, thankfully I have strong hands and was able to hold it. The staff were not very helpful or approachable, they did not follow up or assist with anything. I ended up using the same towel for almost a week. They provided me with two towels, not even an extra one for the face on the last day. When I asked someone to clean my room, the person who came to clean it did not do a proper job. The location was okay, being close to Taxi Square, but apart from that, the breakfast was terrible. A tomato which was probably cut the night before, a not fresh cucumber, one boiled egg, and some bread. What kind of breakfast is that? Very poor and disappointing. The coffee was like pure water, and even when sitting in the kitchen, it was not clean and had a bad smell. The lack of cleanliness was a major issue for me.

Nothing, the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life. The receptionist's service was so bad that we canceled our stay, losing what we had paid. The entrance smelled like tobacco. The other guests at the front desk were complaining about how dirty the rooms were and asking for them to be cleaned and have the sheets and towels changed. THE WORST PLACE TO STAY, without a doubt.
