Location.
Dirty room. Not properly cleaned. The staff is grumpy and not friendly. Poor breakfast. The balcony is dirty and was never cleaned while we were there, so we couldn't use it because of that. The swimming pool was seawater and salty. When kids swam, they shushed them because it's not allowed to scream. And it was difficult for the kids to be quiet while swimming.
The breakfast was disgusting. They only had 3 types of drinks and they tasted awful. It wasn't fresh. Only 2 types of bread. No pastries. Not much variety of toppings to choose from. Ended up eating out most of our stay. Breakfast is from 7-10 and if you come at 9, you may not get bread and it might be finished.
There was mold in the shower. After the cleaning ladies cleaned the room, it still didn't look good.
