Between luxury (we peeked into luxury, just a peek) and a room with a terrace, we chose the terrace and it was the most magnificent part of the room. You can drink tea, listen to the chirping of perforator screws (there is construction work going on opposite), the terrace is lovely. The room itself is quite tired but patient, renovation is needed. The bathtub is not suitable for tall people, the ceiling is quite low at the entrance. There is a kitchenette with a fridge (check the freezer, it needs defrosting), a microwave, a kettle, dishes. The linens are clean, plenty of towels, beds are normal. Overall, suitable for a short family or group stay.
Under the beds haven't been cleaned in a very long time, there are old dirty rugs on the floor.
There is no elevator to the third floor, which wasn't a problem for us, but may be for girls with suitcases or people with limited mobility.

The reception is 24/7. English spoken. All staff very pleasant. They advise, help. We could even calmly and carelessly have a beer before accommodation, where there was outdoor seating... Really pleasant experience. Buffet breakfast. Tea, coffee of choice, juice...nothing to complain about
