The hotel's location, standards, hygiene, and staff, particularly front desk agents Emire and manager Mr. Mert, are exceptional.
Unfortunately, one of the front desk agents did not meet the hotel standards and was uncooperative with our group.

Fantastic location, a great spa area with free bottles of water, clean rooms are maintained daily, daily provisions of water and coffee, and friendly staff made for a great stay.
Street noise can be a bit excessive at times, and the bathroom ventilator noise was disturbing.
