Very Good

The hotel, although tired, overall everything went well. It wouldn't hurt to do a cosmetic renovation in the rooms. Breakfast is good. Everything is hearty and tasty. The room was cleaned every day. Nearby there are bus stops, metro, and tram just a 7-minute walk away.

Location. Located as if in the ghetto of Fatih. Dirty streets.

Since our bus was late, I thought it would already be closed, I was supposed to arrive at 21:15 but arrived at 5 hours of another day, they were waiting for me, it was very pleasant, the room was clean. I will go there again next time.

A disappointing stay due to poor housekeeping and unfriendly service.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The bedsheets were not changed at all during the 4 days we stayed, which was disappointing. Also, the staff were not welcoming or friendly; their attitude felt very serious and unapproachable, making the atmosphere uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations.

What I didn’t like about the property was the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest service. The bedsheets were not changed during our entire 4-day stay, which was unacceptable. The staff also seemed unfriendly and not welcoming; their attitude felt too strict and made the environment feel uncomfortable. The overall level of hospitality was below what we expected.
