Absolutely everything was up to Mrs expectations. The bed was very comfortable, especially since I have a back problem. The air conditioner was functional and served me well with the heat. The mini fridge was also functional with no defects. Hot water was available. The view of the highway and the mosque in front was pleasant. The hotel style was great. And the best quality is its location, just a few meters from the Aksaray T1 tram stop, even better: there was neither descent nor ascent as we know in Istanbul, and also no cobblestone that could break the wheels of your suitcases. A very affordable restaurant attached to the entrance, grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets on the same facade, a bus a few meters away could take you almost anywhere in Istanbul, the Havaist bus that goes to the airport is only an 8-minute walk away. A bus that goes to the village of büyük istoç is also a few meters away, the best exchange offices are nearby as well.
Another detail, a 7-minute walk away is the Yenikapi M1 metro stop.
And the staff is great, helpful, and very friendly.
There is also a very important point, the WiFi, which worked very well.
The fact that there is no elevator from the ground floor, you have to climb narrow stairs to the reception on the 1st floor, then more stairs to the 2nd floor for the elevator to start leading to the other floors. I mention this not to complain, but for people to try to travel a bit lighter, because honestly, the receptionist helped me both on my arrival and departure.
For my room, everything was great, just the sink tap that was broken, and the maid never came. But, none of that bothered me because I came for work, so I left early and returned late.
