The staff was extremely kind, especially the restaurant waiter who helped us with everything we needed from parking to recommending locations and where to find the best deals

Everything was bad!
We reserved this hotel for an elderly sick woman, but there was inadequate information on accessibility or the absence of a lift, even though we checked meticulously. When booking, we specifically asked for a room on a lower floor as she is unable to use stairs. However, upon arrival, we were allocated a room on the 4th floor with no lift available.
We detailed the situation to the hotel staff, however, they displayed no concern, offered no assistance, and did not attempt to find a resolution. Consequently, we had to depart and search for an alternative hotel for the elderly sick lady.
The hotel declined to reimburse our payment, and despite numerous emails clarifying the circumstances, their sole response was 'we do not refund money'. There was no apology, no empathy, and no respect shown towards the elderly guest.
We strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
!!!!! Additionally, I would like to address the hotel's claim that we did not visit and reported back after 5 days. How dare you fabricate such lies. Provide evidence if you dare to deceive. I have retained every email and correspondence date concerning this matter, and we even contacted booking.com on the same day. Therefore, substantiate your claims and abstain from deceiving.!!!!
