When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a very small room, but the next day I spoke up and they gave us a more spacious one. The hotel staff was always very attentive and helpful, and the hotel was close to ferries, trams, and near the Marmaray station.
The rooms were very small with very small bathrooms, where you could barely move around.
