Very Poor Experience

I cannot express my frustration and disappointment over my stay. I had a reservation, but was shifted to a "sister hotel" which was unprofessional. The room was small and inadequate compared to what I paid for. The AC leaked, sockets were faulty, and the bathroom had issues as well. Staff seemed indifferent to my complaints. I strongly advise against staying.
