The hotel was conveniently located near Grand Bazaar, public transport. Numerous restaurants, shops, stalls around, a great café with pastries around the corner.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed in advance that the pool was out of service. I spent a total of 12 days at the hotel. I booked the hotel because there was a pool. Unfortunately, it was under renovation. I only found out when I asked how to get to the pool. The room was standard, furniture showed signs of wear, the towel rack remained in my hand. I would definitely see potential for interior improvement. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Well located

Great location. The pool, although small, is great for a swim after spending all morning visiting the city. Very good breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants.

I had reserved a family room and they gave me 2 doubles. I told them that was not the reservation I had and they said they couldn't give it to me until the next day. They claimed the hotel was full. One of the rooms smelled strongly of tobacco, despite having a sign on the door indicating no smoking. They changed it for me. The next day they gave me the room I had reserved, very comfortable and spacious. Although the room with 2 beds has a window facing a completely enclosed patio with a roof.
